The Firm regularly renders drug regulatory and compliance advice and has also advised clients in relation to obtaining licenses required to import, manufacture, market and distribute drugs and cosmetics and to conduct clinical trials in India.
The medical devices industry in India till recently, was largely unregulated. The Government of India intends to streamline the medical devices sector in India and has formulated guidelines for the import and manufacture of medical devices in India.
