Mr. Rajesh Taneja is a Principal Consultant at Hoteki Consultants LLP. He has previously worked with a top tier law firm of India. With around 9 (nine) years’ experience, he advises Indian as well as international clients and is a leading corporate and Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) lawyer in India.
Rajesh has extensive experience in providing a range of legal services in the foreign exchange laws and regulations, corporate sector, real estate sector, infrastructure sector including the drafting and negotiation of corporate and commercial contracts, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents (both equity and debt), banking and finance sector including the enforcement of security interests and recovery proceedings, project financing, securities laws and regulations, insolvency and bankruptcy laws, and advising on corporate and commercial laws, foreign investments in different sectors, special economic zones, property laws and land related issues.
Rajesh has been actively advising on various mergers and acquisition transactions, private equity investments and other financing transactions, including listed debt securities within and outside India, in both listed and unlisted companies and on numerous acquisitions, joint ventures, including cross-border transactions. He advises clients on investment strategies, transaction structures and is involved in drafting and negotiating transaction documents for such investments and re-structuring of companies in preparation for investment and otherwise. Abhishek has extensive experience in providing a range of financial accounting & business support services, audit (statutory and internal audit) and assurance services, taxation (direct and indirect including GST) services, corporate finance (debt advisory, capital market advisory and valuation) services and international taxation and transfer pricing services in the corporate sector, real estate sector, infrastructure sector, education sector, manufacturing sector, logistics, hotels, hospitality, banking and finance sectors.
